(How the process works)
STEP ONE
CONTENT
Following the onboarding meeting, your team will have 7 days to get us all content needed. This includes website text, photos, and anything else relevant that needs to go on the website.
STEP TWO
DESIGN
Our team of pros will take the text, design inspiration, assets, and initial layout and put together a draft of the website for your team to review. This usually takes 14 days.
STEP THREE
REVISE
After we kick the design over to you, your team will review the copywriting, layout, and flow of the website. You will have 7 days to get the revisions back to our team.
STEP FOUR
LAUNCH
Press go and tell your friends. This is the final stage wherein the last invoice will be paid and the website will go live. We will analyze the website for 7 days following the launch to ensure all is well.
Google Products + Squarespace
All websites include Google Business Profile setup, optimization, and strategy guides. All websites will be connected to Google Analytics and Google Search Console upon launch. The client will have direct access and ownership to all of these products. Our company assumes no ownership of these products after the project has been completed. Which, you know, is exactly the way it should be.

In 2019, we rolled out our “Web Retainer Package” which helps businesses manage changes for their website. In 2022, we upgraded this to WebPlan+ which also covers SEO updates, reporting, user behavior assessments, and design recommendations/updates.
